Questions Answered

“He gave Moses two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God. …Now the tablets were the work of God, and the writing was the writing of God engraved on the tablets” (Exodus 31:18; 32:16).

Answer: Yes! The God of heaven wrote the Ten Commandments on tables of stone with His own finger.

“Sin is lawlessness” (1 John 3:4).

Answer: Sin is the breaking of God’s Ten Commandment law. The law of God is perfect (Psalm 19:7), and its principles cover every conceivable sin. The commandments cover “man’s all [the whole duty of man]” (Ecclesiastes 12:13). Nothing is left out.

Happy is he who keeps the law” (Proverbs 29:18).
“Keep my commands; for length of days and long life and peace they will add to you” (Proverbs 3:1, 2).

Answer
Answer:
A: As a guide for happy, abundant living.

God created us to experience happiness, peace, long life, contentment, accomplishment, and all the other great blessings for which our hearts long. God’s law is a road map that points out the right paths to follow in order to find this true, supreme happiness. “By the law is the knowledge of sin” (Romans 3:20). “I would not have known sin except through the law. For I would not have known covetousness unless the law had said, ‘You shall not covet’ ” (Romans 7:7).

“By the law is the knowledge of sin.” Romans 3:20. “I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.” Romans 7:7.

Answer B:
To show us the difference between right and wrong. God’s law is like a mirror (James 1:23–25). It points out wrongdoing in our lives much like a mirror points out dirt on our faces. The only possible way for us to know we are sinning is to carefully check our lives by the mirror of God’s law. Peace for a mixed-up world can be found in God’s Ten Commandments. It tells us where to draw the line!

“The Lord commanded us to observe all these statutes [commandments] … for our good always” (Deuteronomy 6:24).
“Hold me up, and I shall be safe, and I shall observe Your statutes continually. You reject all those who stray from Your statutes” (Psalm 119:117, 118).

Answer C:
To protect us from danger and tragedy. God’s law is like a strong cage at the zoo that protects us from fierce, destructive animals. It protects us from falsehood, murder, idolatry, theft, and many other evils that destroy life, peace, and happiness. All good laws protect, and God’s law is no exception.

“By this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments” (1 John 2:3).

Answer D:
It helps us to know God.

Special Note: The eternal principles within God’s law are written deep in every person’s nature by the God who created us. The writing might be dim and smudged, but it is still there. We were created to live in harmony with them. When we ignore them, the result is always tension, unrest, and tragedy—just as ignoring the rules for safe driving can lead to serious injury or death.

“Speak and so do as those who will be judged by the law of liberty” (James 2:12).

Answer: Because the Ten Commandment law is the standard by which God examines people in the heavenly judgment.

“It is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for one tittle of the law to fail” (Luke 16:17).
“My covenant I will not break, nor alter the word that has gone out of My lips” (Psalm 89:34).
“All His precepts [commandments] are sure. They stand fast forever and ever” (Psalm 111:7, 8).

Answer: No. The Bible is clear that the law of God cannot be changed. The commandments are revealed principles of God’s holy character and are the very foundation of His kingdom. They will be true as long as God exists.

This chart shows us that God and His law have the exact same characteristics, revealing that the Ten Commandment law is actually God’s character in written form—written so that we can better comprehend God. It is no more possible to change God’s law than to pull God out of heaven and change Him. Jesus showed us what the law—that is, the pattern for holy living—looks like when expressed in human form. God’s character cannot change; therefore, neither can His law.

“Do not think that I came to destroy the Law. … I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. … Till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled” (Matthew 5:17, 18).

Answer
Answer: No, indeed! Jesus specifically asserted that He did not come to destroy the law, but to fulfill (or keep) it. Instead of doing away with the law, Jesus magnified it (Isaiah 42:21) as the perfect guide for holy living. For example, Jesus pointed out that “You shall not murder” condemns anger “without a cause” (Matthew 5:21, 22) and hatred (1 John 3:15), and that lust is a form of adultery (Matthew 5:27, 28). He said, “If you love Me, keep My commandments” (John 14:15).

“The wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23).
“He will destroy its sinners” (Isaiah 13:9).
“Whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all” (James 2:10).

Answer: The Ten Commandment law guides us into holy living. If we ignore even one of the commandments, we neglect an essential part of the divine blueprint. If only one link of a chain is broken, its entire purpose is undone. The Bible says that when we knowingly break a command of God, we are sinning (James 4:17) because we have refused His will for us. Only those who do His will can enter the kingdom of heaven. Of course, God will forgive anyone who genuinely repents and accepts Christ’s power to change him or her.

“By the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight” (Romans 3:20).
“By grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast” (Ephesians 2:8, 9).

Answer: No! The answer is too plain to miss. No one can be saved by keeping the law. Salvation comes only through grace, as a free gift of Jesus Christ, and we receive this gift by faith, not by our works. The law serves as a mirror that points out the sin in our lives. Just as a mirror can show you dirt on your face but cannot clean your face, so cleansing and forgiveness from that sin come only through Christ.

There isnt a command given for gentiles to obey the sabbath in the new covenant no command no requirement there is no command given by jesus nor his disciples nor paul nor the council in jerusalem as under the new covenant we do not walk by the letter we walk by the spirit thru faith in christ so there is no requirement to obey the sabbath under the new covenant the bible confoirms this in rom 7:6 acts 15:10 gal 3:24-25 gal 5:18 rom 8:4 etc Confirm your b
elief is true by showing us the scripture for gentiles to obey the sabbath in the new testament?

    1. Dear Bro Brent,
Thanks so very much for sharing your thoughts. I see that your ideas mirror that which is popularly taught in many Christian circles. I would simply share with you, even as you asked, some Scriptures that confirm that God’s Sabbath is as applicable to ‘Gentiles’ as well as Jews, both Old and New Covenant as you indicated.

First, a covenant is an agreement between two parties, each agreeing to the terms of the agreement. With respect to Creator God, the terms of His covenant is His Ten Commandments (Exodus 20:2-17; Deuteronomy 4:13). Of course the Jews to whom it was given, to share to the rest of humanity, Gentiles, if you will(Isaiah 42:6; 49:6), failed to fulfil their part. Hence the New Covenant. Paul writes in the book of Hebrews, chapter 8, verses 7-10. The terms of the covenant, His Ten Commandments, never changed.

Regarding the Sabbath, part of God’s covenant to all humanity, let’s trace its roots and look into its future, then you may decide if you ought to accept it or not.

God established it at creation (Genesis 2:1-3) There were no Jews there, just the human family. The Jews came along thousands of years later.
Moses reminds God’s people, then and now, to remember to keep it holy (Exodus 20:8-11).
The prophets preached it (Isaiah 56:2; Jeremiah 17:27; Nehemiah 13:15-18). These are but a few.
Jesus lived it and has left it as an example for us to follow Him (Luke 4:6; 1 Peter 2:21-23; Mark 2:27-28; John 14:15; John 15:10).
The early church honored His request (Luke 23:54-56).
      Paul kept it (Acts 13:42-44; 16:13; 17:2; 18:4).
A clarion call is going out to all of God’s people to honor Him by returning to keeping His 7th day Sabbath (Revelation 14:7; Galatians 3:28-29).
His assurance is that His redeemed will be keeping His Sabbath in the earth made new (Isaiah 66:22-23).

My question to you is, my dear Brother, what will you be doing then?

Has God ever made a covent with the gentiles? If not, wouldn’t it stand to reason that the nine others commandments wouldn’t apply to the Gentiles as well?

      1. Great question.
If He didn’t, then we can very well cast away the other nine.
A casual look around society today should shed light on that concept.

    3. Garry Pierre

My dear friend…I appreciate your passion to serve. I just wanted to address some of the things that you have said and the verses that you have suggested. Specially the last verse Rom 8:4. If you continue to read…you will see that in the same chapter verses 6-8 stated that those who are living by the flesh are not able to obey to the law of God and they would not be able to please God.
Now let me just say that the purpose of the law of God is to guide and protect people. The law of God cannot save but help you see if you are or not obedient to God. However, we are all sinners and sin is the transgression of the law 1 John 3:4. If we transgress God’s commandment we just sin and the wages of sin is death Rom 6:23. As a result of that we need to go to Jesus who can save us to receive the gift of God which is eternal life Rom 6:23. Therefore through Christ, I found grace. In order word, becoming a new creature in Christ can help us hate sin. Being under grace, we keep away from sin but whenever we sin we transgress the law…we will be under the law. Therefore, because we love God…we must keep His commandments including the Sabbath. Read 1 John 2:3-4

I do agreee with this writer God’s Sabbath is a convanent between God and us. God gave us the Sabbath as a day of rest in our our daily tolis in live.It is a symbol of His love for us. And Christ said He didn’t come to abolish the Sabbath but to fill fillfull the prophesy.
Remember the ten commandments are God’s character.
I strongly disagree if u say it is not necessary to keep the Sabbath holy .
God back to book of Exodus chapter 20 and also read the book of Genises about creation .
    God bless and stay safe

God’s Laws are as immutable as His character, and were designed for our spiritual blessing. Yes, we are to keep the Sabbath, as a memorial of Creation, and as a constant reminder that it is God who sanctifies us

  4. Gene Nanton

I believe the Sabbath must be kept holy as God instructs us. In Genesis 2:1-3, God revealed that the Sabbath is a memorial of Creation. For me that means that whenever i think of my body or this planet earth on which we live, I must think of God and His Sabbath. What I mean is this: when the earth was first created it only had a population of two and all the needs of those two were met. They had no shortage of food, drink, shade, sun, trees, or a place to live. Today the population has increased to many billions of people with thousands of cities, towns and villages spread across multiple continents, countries and islands, yet this planet earth still meets the needs of all. Every machine that has been built, every building that has been constructed, every artifice that man can imagine and construct has come out of this planet earth. Such is the wisdom of God. Nothing has ever been imported from outer space or other planets. The earth that God created and of which the Sabbath is a memorial, has provided for the multiple needs of mankind.

I think also of my body. Every moment of every day I breathe, blood flows throughout me, my digestive systems goes to work on the food I eat to nourish and sustain me, my brain fires electrical currents throughout my body instructing my eyes to see, my ears to hear, my feet to walk, my hands to touch and much more. As a result of these functions over which I have absolutely no control, my life is sustained by God. This is all a part of God’s creation of which the Sabbath is a memorial.

So when God in Exodus 20: 8-11 commands me to keep the seventh day holy because He blessed it since that was the day in which He rested after creating this planet and mankind, then how can I not obey since it is in Him I live and move and have my being.?

I was like most other men who thought that it made no difference which day I chose to worship, until one Sunday my wife returned home early from church saying that she heard a distinct voice in her head asking her why was she going to church on Sunday when she knew it was the wrong day and that from that day on she was going to keep the Sabbath. I thought she was crazy but because I love her dearly, I checked it out for myself, hoping to prove her wrong so I could could maintain my normal behavior on Saturday. So I went to the Bible on my computer and searched for every instance of the word Sabbath, copied them out in a Word document, sorted them and proceeded to read everything the Bible had to say about the Sabbath. By the end of the reading I had become a Sabbath keeper. After I accepted the Sabbath, then it was amazing how much the Lord opened my understanding of the rest of the Bible. I learned to pray and ask for the Holy Spirit before reading the Bible so He could lead me into all truth.

For all those who like to believe that the seventh day is not God’s holy Sabbath and wrest the Scriptures to fit their beliefs, I earnestly pray that you will allow God to lead you to follow His instruction that we should acknowledge Him in all our ways (including understanding rather than interpreting God’s Word) and lean not to our own understanding that He might direct His paths.

As I have studied the Bible with an intent to be wise unto to salvation, I have also realized that the choice to keep God’s Sabbath holy or to acknowledge Sunday as sacred is going to be the final decision in the lives of men that will determine which side of the judgment we will be on, as we approach the end of time which seems to be drawing closer and closer each day. Revelation 13:12 warns me that all the world will be forced to worship the beast and that those who don’t will neither be able to buy or sell or will be killed. In Revelation 14:9-11 it also warns me that all who worship the beast shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God which will be poured out without mixture and shall be tormented with fire and brimstone.

Since the Bible commands me to worship God and to have no other God but Him, then I cannot worship anyone but Him and I must worship Him on the day that He has commanded. The Bible also warns me in Psalm 119:126 that when mankind makes void His law, then God Himself will begin to act. There is much evidence around the world today, especially since this Covid-19 pandemic, that Sunday laws are being enacted; and there is no doubt that the most powerful Christian and religious institution of all, Catholicism, is pushing the world steadily toward this goal which will make void God’s law. That event seems nearer now than ever before and as Paul reminds us in Romans 13:11-12 it is high time to wake out of sleep for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. I have therefore concluded that I must look up now for my redemption draweth nigh and I must put my trust in God’s Word rather then the words of men which Psalms 118:8 instructs me to do. I pray that anyone who has concerns about the Sabbath will recognize that it is the Word of God and anything else is the words of men in which we ought not to have confidence. May God’s richest blessings fall upon all who might read this comment.

Per the Hebrew Bible, God never instructed “us” to “keep” the seventh-day Sabbath. The seventh-day was instituted as blessed and holy because God stopped creating (that is the meaning of Hebrew word behind “rested” in the creation narrative. It is not “rested” meaning God was tiered so He needed to take a break from all His work. Rather, Its “rested” meaning ceasing, stopping, bringing to an end to all His specific creation work). After which, the text in no wise indicates that God instructed Adam (i.e. man) to do any such worshipping or specific practices on the holy and sanctified seventh-day (cf Gen 2:1-3). Why is that?

In fact the word “Sabbath” appears no where in the creation narrative or in Genesis for that matter. The creation narrative (Gen 1-3) does present God as giving instructions on food, relationships, etc.; handing out curses after the fall, etc., but no where are their instructions to Adam (i.e. man), or anyone for that matter, about worshiping or doing specific practices on the seventh-day.

The creation narrative says the seventh-day is blessed and holy (cf Gen 2:1-3); this setting apart (holy) is because on that day no creation was done, and in fact, God stopped creation-work, as opposed to the other six days when creation-work was being rendered (thus the contrast/the setting apart between the six creation days and the one creation-ceasing day – i.e. the seventh-day) – but again I stress, no instruction given to Adam (i.e. man), or anyone for that matter, to do any such worshipping or specific practices in regards to the seventh-day, its simply not there.

The first Instruction to do something specific on the seventh-day (thus making a seventh-day Sabbath paradigm) appears in Exodus 16 (which is a considerable amount of time removed from the seventh-day creation; and many humans have lived/died during that time). This seventh-day Sabbath instruction in Exodus 16 was given not to Adam (i.e. man) but to the post-enslaved biblical Israel (Jews). Exodus 16 is in fact the first time the word “Sabbath” appears in the Torah.

      1. Your rather ‘deep’ theological presentation reminds me of Jesus meeting the learned theologian, Nicodemus (John 3:1-21).

As Jesus responded in the simplest terms, so would I to you: “The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath: Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath’ (Mark 2:27-28).
“And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read” (Luke 4:16).
“For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps” (1 Peter 2:21).

        Jesus is my Example.
        Who is yours?

  5. Much appreciation for your kind, encouraging thoughts.
In light of the current political environment and Pope Francis’ recent encyclical calling for the unification of all religions and governments, with Sunday sacredness as the universal bond, I strongly recommend that all prayerfully consider this.

    1) The comments about the Sabbath from the Catholic authorities given are interesting. However, I think they, as presented, are inaccurate Biblically and historically. For example: “The holy day, the Sabbath was changed to Sunday…People who think that the Scriptures should be the sole authority, should logically become Seventh-day Adventist, and keep Saturday holy” (St Catherine Catholic Church).

I could say much more about that sentence then I do, but suffice it to indicate this: If one was a Christian and wanted to honor the Jewish Sabbath, they could just become a Christian Sabbatarian. But to present the choice as just Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) is very shortsighted. SDA did not originate Christian Sabbatarianism, and further, SDA has other theologies and sub-theologies that are not biblical (nor orthodox) l but rather they are “Ellen-white-tical” (what Joseph Smith is to Mormons, is what Ellen White is to SDA’s). 2)

The Sabbath is in fact Jewish not Christian – it is found in the Jewish scriptures (of which Christianity uses as authoritative after reading back into it Christian theology). Jesus was a Jew not a Christian, If using the NT Gospels as a biographical guide about Jesus, then Jesus followed Jewish customs and used the Torah (and other Jewish writings) as his authoritative-guide. Christianity is a religion that first became a subsect of Judaism then developed to a stand alone religion that has theologies not found in the Hebrew Bible or Judaism; Christianity then finally adopted its own scriptures and the Christian proto-orthodoxy theology eventually became the Christian orthodoxy.

Christianity is not the religion of Jesus but the religion about Jesus. Christian Sabbatarianism is then a theology, picked out from Judaism (without taking the whole religion) and combines it with other non-Jewish theologies (i.e. Christian Theologies – of which many are also not found in Judaism). I believe anyone should have the right to practice their religion so long as it does not interfere with other peoples rights, and have the freedom of thought, and of speech (freedom of speech of course has limitations) however the accurate historical facts should be understood. Theology, personal or cooperate, is one thing, Biblical theology and history are another.

    1. Thank you very much for your contribution to this conversation. It is, indeed, the very purpose for this forum.

First of all, the statements you are referring to are all historically documented. I would suggest that you do some research and show their inaccuracy. This was not quoted from a SDA source. I invite you to go here to see the source of this and other statements to which you are referring.

Next, permit me address your allusion to the Jewish Sabbath. I would certainly appreciate if you can direct me to a single Biblical passage that talks about a Jewish Sabbath. My Bible speaks only of the Creator God’s Sabbath.
      Here is the record:
Creator God established it at creation (Genesis 2:1-3). There were no Jews there, just the human family. The Jews came along thousands of years later.
Moses reminds God’s people, then and now, to remember to keep it holy (Exodus 20:8-11).
The prophets preached it (Isaiah 56:2; Jeremiah 17:27; Nehemiah 13:15-18).These are but a few examples.
Jesus lived it and has left it as an example for us to follow His footsteps
      (Luke 4:6; 1 Peter 2:21-23; Mark 2:27-28; John 14:15; John 15:10).
The early church honored His request (Luke 23:54-56).
      Paul kept it (Acts 13:42-44; 16:13; 17:2; 18:4).
A clarion call is going out to all of God’s people to honor Him by returning to keeping holy His 7th day Sabbath (Revelation 14:7; Galatians 3:28-29).
His assurance is that His redeemed will be keeping His Sabbath in the earth made new (Isaiah 66:22-23).
What will you be doing then?

A few general thoughts wit respect to your other statements:
No where did anyone claim that Sabbath belongs to Seventh-day Adventists alone. Your unfounded and false assertions against SDAs is unacceptable in this forum. We are not here to attack anyone’s religion; but rather to have an honest, Christ-like conversation on this most important issue for our times. In the future, it would be helpful if you can give Biblical and/or historical facts to support your position. No accusations, please.

Finally, if you believe that Christians should not keep God’s Sabbath commandment; then please enlighten me, from the Holy Scriptures, as to which of the others we should not keep.

JL you said “The Sabbath is in fact Jewish not Christian – it is found in the Jewish scriptures (of which Christianity uses as authoritative after reading back into it Christian theology). Jesus was a Jew not a Christian, ”

hmmm.. “Jesus was not a Christian”? – so then people that follow Jesus are… what ?? in your POV?

1 John 2: 3 Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. 4 He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. 5 But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. 6 He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked.

In what unit of Law is the 5th commandment “the first commandment with a promise” ? Eph 6:1-2… answer: the Ten Commandments.

Gentiles specifically singled out for Sabbath keeping and Sabbath blessing Isiah 56:6-8

All mankind specifically designated as the group to whom the Sabbath applies for all eternity after the cross in the New Earth Isaiah 66:23

Gentiles asking Christians to “return the next Sabbath” and provide more Gospel preaching. Acts 13

Christian theology tested “sola scriptura” against the OT – “to see IF those things are so” Acts 17:11

Only OT saints held up as models and examples for NT Christians in Hebrews 11.

The New Covenant of Jeremiah 31:31-34 presented verbatim and unchanged in Hebrews 8:6-12 where we also find that it is Christ Himself speaking at Sinai.

  8. Bob

JL — you said “For example: “The holy day, the Sabbath was changed to Sunday…People who think that the Scriptures should be the sole authority, should logically become Seventh-day Adventist, and keep Saturday holy” (St Catherine Catholic Church).

I could say much more about that sentence then I do, but suffice it to indicate this: If one was a Christian and wanted to honor the Jewish Sabbath, they could just become a Christian Sabbatarian. But to present the choice as just Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) is very shortsighted. SDA did not originate Christian Sabbatarianism, ”

    1. We can’t blame Seventh-day Adventists for what is printed by St. Catherine Catholic Church. A number of Catholic sources are on record as making that same point.
    2. There is no single Sabbath keeping group today larger than the Seventh-day Adventist Church (which Christianity Today calls the “fifth largest” Christian denomination in the world in its Feb 2015 article).
    3. The point of the quote is not that anyone who keeps Sabbath can only find a Sabbath keeping church in the Adventist church. But it could be argued that the Catholic source was trying to link the two as a way of arguing against the Sabbath supposing/hoping that the SDA group was not going to grow. (Just a possibility for why they would single out Adventists)
    4. Adventist documents are full of references to the historic fact that: Holy Spirit lead Bible study plus conversations with Seventh-day Baptists are the two things that turned the “Adventist Church” into the “Seventh-day Adventist Church” historically.

  9. In regards to Covid-19 and how it relates to the Sabbath:
First the global lockdowns and shutting down the world’s economy in a matter of a month is proof enough that when they time is ripe the world has the template to shut down God’s true Sabbath keepers overnight, plus we’ve seen the framework of “no buy will be able to buy or sell” in action. We’ve also seen the mob mentality which develops quickly against groups the public deem as out of harmony with obedience to their man made laws.
In regards to climate change and how it relates to the Sabbath:
Interesting not a climate change activist or politician who proclaim the end of the world is at hand has any inkling that the 2nd Coming of Christ is the conclusion of the matter. The environment will fail in Biblical proportions and during this crisis a Papal led crusade to keep a “pause day” to preserve the environment will be invoked and we know that pause will be Sunday.

    1. Thanks for your very pertinent and insightful comment. I do sincerely believe that the Covid-19 phenomenon is a precursor to the Sabbath/Sunday conflict (Mark of the beast issue prophesied in Revelation Chapters 13 and 14). The template is cast and the world is being conditioned. Not too distant, we would see the shift from Covid-19 to Sunday sacredness. https://youtu.be/vkvYMkykn4c

The Sabbath of the Bible has never changed and will stand forever.

“For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the Lord, so shall your seed and your name remain.
And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the Lord.
    Isaiah 66:22-23 KJV”

The seventh-day Sabbath was established at Creation-the very beginning.

Strangely, however, there are still some arguments against keeping the seventh-day Sabbath. Some say it’s not “relevant,” or that it’s one of the ordinances that was done away with after Jesus’ sacrifice for us (Colossians 2:14).

    But that’s not accurate.

The ordinances referred to in Colossians are the Mosaic or ceremonial laws that pointed to Jesus first coming and His death for our sins. They’re the ones referred to as “a shadow of things to come” (Colossians 2:17, NKJV).

But being one of the 10 Commandments, the weekly Sabbath rest on the seventh day is one of God’s moral laws that doesn’t change. Why would He change one of those 10, but not any of the others?

In fact, God made the Sabbath a sign of His Covenant with us. It distinguishes us as His followers forever (Exodus 31:12-18).

The Sabbath and those who kept it can be traced through history, from the 1st Century A.D. until today.

The devil unleashes his controversy and wrath against those who choose to keep it.

“And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
    Revelation 12:17 KJV”

For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
    Matthew 5:18 KJV
